nPerf ranking of the best fixed-line internet performance in Kenya, placing Faiba first, VGG Connect second, Safaricom third, Zuku fourth and Airtel fifth

The nPerf Barometer puts Faiba first for fixed-line performance in Kenya.

Occasionally, even giants need to pause, stretch and admire the view from the top. Because guess what? Jamii Telecommunications is officially the Number 1 Fixed Internet Provider in Kenya. Yes, number one not top 3 not among the best but The best. This is line with the latest nPerf Barometer 2026.

In the middle of tough economic times (when even your wallet is asking for a break) this achievement isn’t just a win it's a statement and a loud one. It says: “We didn’t just survive, we showed up, showed off and took the crown.”

Faiba subscribers recorded the best broadband performance in Kenya through 2025.

This didn’t happen because of one department sending good vibes on a Monday morning.

This is what happens when: Engineers are out in the field turning “no signal” into “full bars, drivers are navigating traffic like it’s a Fast & Furious audition, Service Delivery, NOC Support & ADNET working behind the scenes like WiFi ninjas, Customer Care is holding it down, one “Hello, how may I help you?” at a time and the Sales Agents who are out here battling sun, rain and dust and still closing deals like champions. Basically, this is teamwork with a capital T.

The scores behind the ranking: Faiba leads on download, upload and overall nPerf points.

We celebrate (Just a little), We appreciate the journey and then we get right back to it, because if there’s one thing this win tells us it’s this: We’re not done yet. Not even close.
